A tree through your roof, across your driveway, or on top of your car doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Tall Timber Tree Service keeps emergency crews ready around the clock across Adel, IA, arriving quickly, working carefully, and leaving your property secure.
Trees rarely give notice before they fail. A wind gust, a hidden weak spot, or sudden disease can bring one down in seconds, and when it happens in Adel, IA you need someone who picks up the phone at 2 a.m., shows up promptly, and knows how to handle the wreckage without turning a bad situation into a worse one.
Tall Timber Tree Service runs a dedicated emergency response team built specifically for downed and failing trees. Our on-call crews are positioned throughout Adel, IA with rigging gear, bucket trucks, and saws capable of handling even the biggest hardwoods. We don't farm out emergency calls or leave you waiting days for a callback. Dial our emergency line and a real person answers, with a crew dispatched within minutes.
No two emergencies look the same. A wind-felled oak leaning on a rooftop calls for a very different approach than a storm-cracked maple tangled in power lines. The moment our arborists arrive, they size up the scene, identify what's most dangerous, and work through the hazard methodically before any cutting starts — keeping you informed the whole way through.
We regularly handle situations across Adel, IA like trees that have crashed through roofs or siding, dangerously suspended limbs hanging over walkways and driveways, uprooted trees leaning on fences or a neighbor's yard, trunks blocking streets or driveways, and root failures that expose underground utility lines. Whenever power lines are involved, we bring in the utility company before making a single cut — speed never comes before safety.
Once the danger has been cleared, our team handles the full cleanup. Logs, branches, and wood chips are hauled off, and we rake and inspect the area before we head out. If we notice signs of trouble in other trees nearby while we're there, we'll let you know, because nobody wants a second emergency waiting in the wings.
We run emergency service 365 days a year, holidays included, for homes and businesses throughout Adel, IA. If your situation is urgent but not an active emergency — a big branch hanging loose or a tree that's clearly starting to lean — we also offer priority scheduling to get a crew out within a day.
Don't wait for the next storm to find out whether a tree on your property is a problem. Ask us for a hazard check. Our tree inspection service catches risks before they turn into 2 a.m. phone calls. And if a recent storm already did some damage, we can take a broader look to see whether storm damage tree removal is needed beyond what you can see from the ground.
Our emergency teams are stationed throughout the area and dispatch right away. Most calls see a crew arrive within 2–4 hours, even overnight during heavy storm activity.
Someone on our team answers the emergency line 24/7 — not a machine, not a hold queue. You get a real person and a real plan right when you call.
Every emergency job falls under our $2 million liability policy. We hand over proof of insurance on-site so you have what you need for your homeowner's claim.
Our trucks come with real lighting rigs built for nighttime work. A late hour doesn't mean a slower response or a less careful job.
The job isn't finished until the debris is gone. Branches, logs, and chips are hauled off as part of the same visit — no return trip, no extra bill.
We put together incident reports, before-and-after photos, and a detailed work summary to back up your insurance claim. We've worked alongside Adel, IA adjusters for years.
